Wifi,Bluetooth,USB Tethering not working on CUH-1206A PS4 Linux

Followed Modded Warfare's recent guide on Linux installation
installed on internal HDD on a recently initialized 11.00 Belize PS4

Issues:
doesn't detect any nearby Wifi
pompts up bluetooth once to ask to enable then quickly closes it
USB tethering simply doesn't work

Linux command outputs:

Additional Information:
Haven't and can't test ethernet connection(might or might not work)

This is a model with known WiFi issues. Check this. As for USB tethering, follow this tutorial.

Refnos Not yet. Difficult to find the issue out without almost 24/7 online access to the model or have one in hand.

But the problem is: I can't connect to vpn.
I install nordvpn, I could install and login but it can not connect.

I have tried with openvpn, but it doesn't work either.
Could you please help me?

However, I think it would not work because the Southbridge of my ps4 is Aeolia.
There are only for Baikal, Belize.

I used this version : 5.15.15 (BETA - Vulkan support - HDD Support - by codedwrench) (from https://github.com/Hakkuraifu/PS4Linux-Documentation#kernel)

What should I do?
