UPDATE1: After some tests, I've discovered that u can only add read permission to the whole folder, this can keep part of the security and integrity of the system, but, with that will fix only Bluetooth, I'll still look forward of what is the folder that need to be changed, so the command should be only /batocera/drive/root/ sudo chmod ugo+r * -R

First of all, sorry for my bad English, but I come here with a possibly solution for Wifi and Bluetooth problems on Batocera, and I'd like to discuss that to get in the exactly folder or file to fix that.
I've noticed when I change the whole permission of root folder of doing /media/user/batocera_drive_folder sudo chmod ugo+rwx * -R (using that command from a VM or another Linux distro with Batocera's drive), it seems to make wifi and Bluetooth back to work.
So what come to my mind, that there is a folder or a file with wrong permissions, so system can't read to make both working.
I would like some help to figure out which is this folder/file, so we don't need to mess with the whole system.
BTW, doing that, looks like that mess with cemu, it stop working after there First restart
