Fedora 38 Only Terminal Issue.

It was installed without any problems, but when the TV image goes away and comes back, when I type in the username and password, there is only the terminal. What's wrong?

Try pressing Ctrl + Alt + F1 In some cases, you will have to try all the function keys, and various combos of them.

via terminal you can load the "graphical ui" via command. try $ startx or load the login gui.
on linux we can choice login gui and wm/de and we can start it via terminal. normally all is automatic. the combo ctrl+alt+n (1,2,3,4) change the tty. normally on tty1 the gui is loaded. try ctrl+alt+1 if u see blackscreen replug hdmi cable.
