can I transfer file from ps4 linux to ps4 hdd? I want to download games from ps4 linux then install it on my ps4 if it's possible?

PeaceModz If your PS4 allows for internal installation, then, technically this is possible, i.e., moving files to PS4 HDD on PS4 Linux, not the installing part. More details on mounting internal HDD can be found here. Or, you could download Modded Warfare's internal initram and inspect the files there.

Bungledude The backup file is saved to the EXT4 partition, not FAT32. So, you should be fine.

So I can transfer it to a usb formatted in EXT? Then what do i do?I ask because I can't boot into Linux from the existing usb I used to install the distro

it is possible, you need to have an external drive with 3 partitions: boot fat32, ext4 for linux and exfat for game data, music, etc. I have done this and it works. in ps4 I recommend installing via explorer, it will boot the disk partitions, i.e. usb1=boot usb2=ext4 usb3=exfat but first install linux on hdd and install it from there on external https://ps4linux.com/ps4-linux-documentation-aio/#Install_Linux_distro_on_PS4_Alternate_Method_Faster_and_better
