I mean u used a payloader to boot it like a normal linux on pc, and also I'm kind of curious why it is not possible (I am completely new to this concept so i apologize if my question is dumb or anything)

PS4 Linux uses kexec which is a bootloader alternative that helps switch from PS4 Orbis kernel to PS4 Linux kernel without a reboot which is not something you usually would do on a regular Linux PC.
