arif02 No probs 👌 No, there should be no issue with vulkan and mesa, someone tested on a pro console before i made the distro public and reported no issues, the current mesa installed is 22.1.0-devel patched by Zerobou.

DF_AUS does the bz image include hippies partition fix and work for Aeolia devices? Can you also make an overclocked version please? I use the highest one possible.

If you aren't trying to install on internal ps4 hdd, I would highly recommend trying the alternate install method. it unpacks the distro onto the usb/external hdd before it ever gets plugged into ps4.

En utilisant psxitarch.tar.xz on an external hard drive every thing works fine ! no issue a part lorsque les ressource sont tres eleve ca freeze but with this command : CTRL ALT F1 + CRLT ALT +F2 jusqu a la command line login w password faut ecrire something like : sudo systemctl restart lxdm.service 100/100 with external drive no issue by the way with the next config : PS4 SLIM cuh2116 9.00 BAIKAL BZimqge 5.4.247 with cpio intra by ps3ita with the fix by hippo .

How can i install this in my internal hard disk? Sorry, i'm a linux noob. I tried install-ubuntu.sh but it said no usb devices were found (i assume that's for usb installation). But i want to install this - or PopOS 22 - to my internal hard disk! Can someone help me? Many thanks and ciao

ionontelodico I believe you need the proper bzimage and initramfs that has the internal hdd path for install. Don't quote me on that tho cuz I have never tried internal install.

You can use a tutorial guide video from modded warfare to install linux distro on internal HDD it's on YouTube. I installed this, pop is and psxitarch and they're fine.

Since i mentioned this, i have problem with pacman in psxitarch, i don't remember the error. Is anyone there having the same problem? Or anyone can help?

It should be even easier, because I downloaded the same thing as him, we have the same southbridge, so I downloaded fedora 38, uploaded three files to the disk, and here I would like to point out that I have already formatted the disk in various ways, always with fat32 and mbr. rufus, diskgenius, aoemi, fat32 format. it's the same problem every time, it's like it doesn't see the disk, I think.
when the console appears and I enter the command: exec install-psxitarch.sh because I want to install on an external drive, a message appears. If I enter the bin directory, I can see that such a file exists. so I don't understand what the problem is.

GeorgeWashington idk about this distro but on my pop os i had a similar problem which eventually fixed by using apt upgrade but it breaks the system cofinguration and becomes (semi)unstable. Now i am here looking for a distro that's upgrade-friendly or already upgraded to install... Also thanks for you post now i know i shouldn't use this one

JackieSam sudo apt upgrade is not supposed to be run on a PS4 as of now, until/unless you have taken the needed precautions. This just overwrites the PS4-specific drivers which then breaks the system.

Yes i'm aware but seems like steam doesn't like this issue(on my pop os 22.04). Also i've found Manjaro-Yakuza v4 by elokuba which suggests pamac update. I am gonna test this tomorrow.
About pacman in psxitarch v3 i had a weird problem (not for upgrade but installing anything) which i don't remember, just took a long shot if anyone had this and knows the problem.
